Every Wednesday I attend a group called the Single Mom's United. They teach us how to budget, how to care for our kids better through being consistent, how to deal with heart aches, what resourses are out there to help struggling families, how to set new goals for a changed life and how to get back into school and what kind of grants and scholarships are available. They were giving free pedicures up at Weber State on Saturday for Valentine's Day. That was my Valentine treat to myself. Mom went with me and took care of the kids while I got my toes done. They had a blast too. The kids were able to make goody bags full of candy, bubbles, a little stuffed animal and they made sand jars that were very beautiful. Jasee and Izi had their fingernail painted hot red. They hosted a nice luncheon. Thanks Mom for coming to help me out. I hope you had some fun too.
